Two terms on the ticket

Time To Drive runs November 6 to 8, 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street, Miami. The main festival takes November 7 and 8. Driver's Seat, the track day, runs November 6 at The Concours Club for registered VVIP guests.

The festival FAQ answers two questions that shrink a trip. Leaving and coming back is not allowed. Every ticket sale, pass and VIP access package is final, strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and the answer names travel delays and changed plans inside that term.

The ticket lives in the 0260 app. Claim it before arrival, because the app holds the pass and the schedule.

The clock on the gate

Saturday and Sunday run 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Sunday Cars & Coffee opens 7:00 AM for car clubs and VVIP guests. Driver's Seat starts at 5:30 PM on Friday.

A Sunday checkout cuts the last morning of the weekend. Ask for the Sunday night and hold the room to Monday.

Face prices, and the fee behind them

Four admission tiers sit at Tier 2, which states that a first tier has already sold. Day One is $75, Day Two is $75, the Two Day pass is $125, and The Grail VVIP pass for November 6 to 8 is $1,150.

Panel add-ons cost $75 for each Matt Farah session, $75 for each Spike's Radio session and $50 for the Larry Chen masterclass. The VVIP pass includes every panel and podcast recording at no extra cost.

Children enter free with a ticketed adult. The FAQ reads under 15 and the ticket widget reads under 12, so confirm the age band on the booking. Vehicle entry runs through the event's own registration form. Driver's Seat takes 150 guests, first come, through an application in the app.

Service fees appear only at checkout. Budget the face price plus a fee that the site does not publish in advance.

The room block

The venue page names JW Marriott Marquis Miami at 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way as the official hospitality partner and advertises exclusive preferred rates. The Book Now button opens a Passkey block headed TIME TO DRIVE, and the landing reads special rates available on an exclusive basis.

That landing publishes no nightly rate. A guest who books there commits without a price.

OpenStreetMap puts the property 2.73 miles from Mana Wynwood, which is a 7-minute drive on OSRM routing.

Parking, priced twice

The organiser sells a prepaid parking pass at $100 for November 7 and $100 for November 8. The prepaid lot sits behind Mana 320, with access from 2nd Avenue and 22nd Terrace.

At the time of this read, 66 passes remained for Saturday and 17 for Sunday.

The asks, in order

Ask for the preferred rate in writing. The block prints no number, so the rate has to arrive in a confirmation.

Ask for a cancellation window that runs past November 8. The ticket carries a final sale, so the cancellation term is the one part of the booking a guest can set before arrival.

Ask for parking inside the rate, and price that against the $200 prepaid pair.

Ask for the Sunday night, then check out on Monday.

Before you submit a Miami request

hotelhaggle's home page reads 46 U.S. states and 103,857+ hotels, and it names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states that restrict name-your-price bookings under state travel law. The seller of travel page lists the same four states as blocked and records no Florida Seller of Travel registration.

Email support@hotelhuddle.com before you submit and confirm the route for a Miami stay.
