Two days, one ladder, three windows
The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum runs November 4 and 5, 2026 at Mana Wynwood. The organiser forecasts 6,000+ professionals and 100+ exhibitors on the expo floor.
Four passes are on sale. Each moves on its own price ladder.
What each pass costs in each window
All-Access holds at $800 in all three windows. The pass covers both days, the VIP greenroom, the premium bar and bites and the VIP photo studio. It adds the Power Breakfasts, the Top Agents and Brokerages Reception, one after-party invitation for each night, the Subscriber Suite and limited-edition swag.
VIP Admission runs $350 early, $400 regular and $425 on site. It carries the general sessions and the expo floor plus the greenroom, the bar and bites, and the photo studio.
General Admission runs $250 through September 22, $275 from September 23 to November 3, and $300 on November 4 and 5. Regular pricing holds today.
The Subscriber pass runs $100 early, $100 regular and $150 on site. The registration page asks you to sign in before the subscriber rate appears, then return to the tab.
The subscriber rate
A subscriber pays $100 for a pass that a general buyer pays $275 for. On site the pair runs $150 against $300.
Eligibility is written down. The pass serves an active annual subscriber whose subscription expires no earlier than November 5. The Real Deal reserves the right to cancel and refund subscriber passes it finds ineligible on review.
The subscriber pass carries both days, the main panel room, the Innovation Stage, the expo floor, priority check-in and the TRD Subscriber Suite.
The Power Breakfasts run $100 a day as an add-on. The Top Agents and Brokerages Reception runs $75.
October 21 is the last day money comes back
The registration page prints three bands. At 28 days or more the buyer receives a full refund less a 10 percent administration fee. At 14 to 27 days the buyer receives a 50 percent refund less a 50 percent administration fee. Under 14 days no refund is issued.
The FAQ summarises the ladder as non-refundable within 14 days, a 50 percent refund at 14 to 28 days and a 90 percent refund at 28 days or more.
The event opens November 4. The 14-day line lands on October 21, a Wednesday. Today sits 17 days out, inside the 14-to-27-day band.
The terms carry a second condition. No cancellation is accepted once any member of a single or multi-registration party has accessed the pre-event networking or partnering facilities.
Ten seats at $200 each
General Admission drops to $200 per person when ten or more register in one booking. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
The terms state that discounts cannot be combined. A group rate and a discount code are one ask or the other.
A one-day pass exists for Day 2 only, and the registration page prints no price for it.
On-site tickets must be bought online through the registration site. The price increases on site.
The four room blocks and where each stands
The travel page names four dedicated blocks and prints no rate for any of them.
AC Hotel Miami Brickell prints $229.00 USD per night and a BOOK BY OCT 05, 2026 line. That cutoff passed 13 days ago. The default dates on that page run Tuesday November 3 to Thursday November 5.
Moxy Miami Wynwood prints a group page dated 11/04/2026 to 11/06/2026 and the line Check Availability for Pricing.
Arlo Wynwood carries a booking link with arrival 2026-11-03, departure 2026-11-06 and group code TheRealDeal2026. A captcha blocks the rate.
Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay carries a block dated November 3, 2026 to November 5, 2026, and the page reads WEBSITE IS NOW CLOSED.
A two-day pass needs the nights of November 4 and 5 with a November 6 checkout. Routed drives put Arlo Wynwood 0.55 miles from Mana Wynwood and the Biscayne Bay property 1.61 miles.
The order of the asks
Open the request at two nights with a November 6 checkout.
Price the subscriber rate first and confirm the subscription expiration in writing.
Ask for a cancellation window past October 21 and file the reply beside the ticket policy.
At ten or more attending, price the $200 group rate beside the $100 subscriber rate before choosing the block.
One check before you submit
The brand home FAQ reads: hotelhaggle covers 46 U.S. states with 103,857+ hotels ready to accept your price. A few states (FL, HI, IA, WA) restrict name-your-price bookings under state travel laws.
The seller-of-travel notice, last updated 18 October 2026, lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. It reads that hotelhaggle cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to those states until registration is in place.
Email support@hotelhaggle.org before submitting and confirm the route for a Miami stay.
