The Block, Priced

Villain Arts brings the Tampa Tattoo Arts Festival to the Tampa Convention Center from Friday 20 November to Sunday 22 November 2026. The organiser publishes two room routes: The Westin Tampa Waterside at 725 South Harbour Island Boulevard, and Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown at 325 North Florida Avenue.

The Westin block opens on a Passkey page headed VIllain Arts Tattoo Convention Tampa 2026, dated 19 to 22 November. A two-night search run at this desk on 20 October 2026, from Friday 20 November to Sunday 22 November, prices four room types. Traditional Room averages $264 a night with 4 rooms open. Harbour View with one king averages $284 with 3 rooms. Harbour View with two queens averages $294 with 4 rooms. Junior Suite averages $464 with 4 rooms.

The Traditional Room builds out line by line. Two nights at $264 give a $528 subtotal. Occupancy and tourism tax takes 6 percent a night, which reads $31.68. State tax takes 7.5 percent a night, which reads $39.60. A TMD fee adds $1.50 a night, which reads $3.00. The grand total lands at $602.28, so the stay works out to $301.14 a night with tax inside the figure. The rate panel prints no cancellation term.

Twelve Addresses Inside a Mile

The venue publishes its own distance table. Tampa Marriott Water Street and JW Marriott Tampa Water Street sit 0.2 miles from the hall. The Westin sits at 0.3. The Tampa EDITION, Hilton Tampa Downtown, Hyatt Place/Hyatt House, and ROOST Tampa sit at 0.5. ALOFT Tampa Downtown sits at 0.6. Le Meridien Tampa sits at 0.7. Hotel Tampa Riverwalk sits at 0.8. AVE Tampa Riverwalk and SpringHill Suites Tampa Downtown sit at 0.9.

That is twelve properties carrying a stated distance under one mile. Four more carry one mile exactly: Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown, Residence Inn Tampa Downtown, The Floridan Palace Hotel, and a second Le Meridien entry. The table prints Le Meridien twice, at 0.7 miles and at one mile. Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center connects by sky bridge and publishes no distance.

What the Map Does to the Ask

Two properties sit closer than the block and carry no published rate for these dates. The block books at 0.3 miles and $301.14 a night with the tax counted. Ask the two closer addresses for a two-night figure, then set that quote beside the block total.

The Ticket Carries a Clock

Admission runs $25 for a single day and $50 for the three-day pass. Children under 12 enter free. Two single-day tickets reach $50, which matches the pass, so Sunday arrives at no added cost for anyone attending Friday and Saturday.

The organiser publishes its refund rule in the FAQ: refunds run for tickets canceled at least 24 hours before the event begins. The event begins at 2:00 p.m. on Friday 20 November, so the refund window closes at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday 19 November. That deadline is the lever for the room. A delegate can hold a booking to Thursday afternoon and release it with the ticket if the trip falls through.

Parking Priced on Two Pages

The organiser page prices the convention center garage at $2 for the first hour and $3 for every hour after, with a $15 daily maximum, subject to change, and flat event rates during special events. It states that pre-paid and reserved parking are unavailable.

The venue page prints a second ladder for the garage at 141 East Brorein Street. Event parking runs $5.00 to $50.00 subject to the event. Outside event hours the rate is $3 per hour with an $18 daily maximum. Long stays go to Pam Iorio Garage at 301 Channelside Drive with 790 spaces and Fort Brooke Garage at 107 North Franklin Street with 556 spaces.

Both ladders belong in one calculation. The organiser page caps the day at $15 and the venue page caps it at $18 while publishing a $5 to $50 event band. Two parked days at the top of that band cost $100. A walk from a half-mile property costs nothing.

The Show Clock and the City Listing

The organiser prints Friday 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The city events calendar prints 7:00 a.m. Friday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, which is the calendar block rather than the floor clock. Plan against the organiser hours.

Two nights cover Friday and Saturday. A Sunday night sits outside the floor clock that closes at 8:00 p.m., so ask for it separately rather than carrying it inside the block reservation.

The Second Block Returns an Error

Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown carries a second room route for this show through the property group-booking page for code G-VLNS. That page returned ERROR:E6020 on a check at this desk on 20 October, and the fertilizer show code at the same property returned the same page. One address, two group codes, one portal fault. No inventory claim follows from a page that fails to open. Price it by phone.

What to Ask For

Ask the Westin for a cancellable Traditional Room at or under $264 a night for Friday and Saturday, held until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday 19 November. The ticket refund rule and the room hold then expire together.

Ask Marriott Water Street and JW Marriott Water Street for the same two nights, because 0.2 miles answers a 0.3 mile block. Ask the Hyatt Place for its rate in writing by phone.

Florida restricts name-your-price bookings under state travel law, and hotelhaggle lists the four states as FL, HI, IA and WA. A Tampa stay routes through the request-for-proposal side of the family, where one request reaches 50+ hotels and each one answers with a rate. Put the two nights, the $264 block rate and the $301.14 all-in figure into the request.
