What the Badge Already Buys
Every hall opens at 9:30 am for buyer badges. Hall hours run 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday and Monday and 10 am to 3 pm on Tuesday.
Badge pick-up opens Friday 15 January at 8 am in the Moscone Center Lobby. It runs 8 am to 4 pm Saturday through Monday and 8 am to 2 pm on Tuesday.
The show floor carries a buyers lounge with a Shoppable Product Wall, a New Product Showcase and a take-home buyer bag.
Curated Connections matches buyer attendees with exhibiting brands for short pre-show meetings. The organiser states that the Buyer Relations team makes the matches from your stated goals.
The Hosted Buyer Place
The Hosted Buyer Program is built to connect retailers, foodservice attendees and distributors. Manufacturers and business service companies do not qualify.
A Hosted Buyer place carries complimentary show registration, personalized buyer support, concierge support, early access to the exhibit hall on each show day, an invitation to the Buyer Welcome Reception, access to dedicated meeting rooms and access to The Buyers' Lounge on the Show Floor.
The organiser states that SFA covers all of the buyer hotel costs and provides Uber vouchers for travel to and from the show or evening activities.
The program targets first-time attendees and established retail and distributor organizations that want more of their purchasing team on the floor.

The Campus Tasting Trail runs 4 pm to 9 pm on Saturday at a Mano, on Sunday at Canela and on Monday at China Live. A buyer who wants the opening trail adds Saturday 16 January.
The Buyer Welcome Reception runs 5 pm to 7 pm on Saturday. The 2027 sofi Awards Celebration runs 5 pm to 7 pm on Sunday.
