The Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville runs 8 to 10 January 2027 at Music City Center. The organiser publishes every ticket price on its own site. No page of that site carries a room rate, a block or a cut-off date.
The ticket ladder in full
General admission costs $35 and covers the Show Floor for all three days. Seniors 65 and over, students and active military pay $30. Children 12 and under enter free.
The Preview Party runs Thursday 7 January from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on the Show Floor at $350. The Bourbon Party runs Friday 8 January from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at $95. Lecture tickets price separately.
The organiser states the rule that governs both parties in print. Special and lecture event tickets do not admit the holder to the Show Floor during show hours. A general admission ticket is required.
Benefactor tiers run $1,000 Bronze, $1,500 Silver, $2,500 Golden, $5,000 Platinum and $10,000 Antiques & Garden Society. The benefits table prices each tier. Bronze carries 2 general admission passes, 1 reserved seat at each of the four lectures and 2 places at the Benefactor Reception and Preview Party. The $10,000 tier carries six of each, including the Friday morning private tour.
A name in the show catalog requires the contribution by 1 December 2026. The organiser adds names after that date where it can.
The arithmetic for a group
Ten general admission seats at the $30 tier come to $300. The same ten at $35 come to $350. A family of four with two children under 12 pays $60 across the weekend.
One Preview Party seat at $350 equals 11.67 general admission seats at $30. One Bourbon Party seat at $95 equals 3.17. A $1,000 Bronze contribution equals 33.3 general admission seats and delivers 2 passes.
A benefactor tier is a contribution to Cheekwood and ECON Charities with benefits attached. The organiser states the show has raised more than $12 million for the two beneficiaries. Read the tier table as a donation schedule. The two passes are the benefit.
No block to inherit
The show’s home page, ticket page, benefactor page and 2026 recap page carry no hotel, lodging, room block, group rate, cut-off date or housing term. Music City Center publishes a covered garage and no room inventory.
Every room term is negotiated with one property at a time. The request carries the leverage.
The shape of the week
Friday opens at 9 a.m. The keynote with Cordelia de Castellane runs 11 a.m. to noon. A client arriving Friday morning travels before dawn or reaches the hall after the keynote starts.
A Thursday arrival books the Preview Party and the Friday opening in one journey. A Friday to Sunday hold covers the Show Floor on all three days in two nights. Ask the property to quote both shapes side by side.
What to put in the request
Four items belong in the request. The rate plan, with the refundable deadline and the prepaid forfeit named in dates. The mandatory fee list, including any destination fee and the parking rate. The cut-off and release date on held rooms. The bed type and occupancy for each room, which decides whether a family of four needs one room or two.
hotelhaggle sends one request to 50 or more hotels in the destination and charges nothing to submit. Replies arrive in 24 to 72 hours, and you pay the hotel directly.
Most properties quote group rates from 10 rooms a night. Some quote from five rooms in season and on availability.
The seller of travel page, last updated 25 October 2026, restricts Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. Tennessee is not on that list.
Two dates carry more weight than the rest. The organiser sends tickets on 15 December. The catalog deadline is 1 December 2026, and it decides whether a benefactor name appears in print.
