Nashville’s New Year’s Eve concert returns to Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park on Thursday 31 December 2026. Entry is free. HARDY, Little Big Town and The Red Clay Strays are the first announced performers. The Music Note drops at midnight.

No housing terms on the record
The CBS release of 20 October 2026, the Paramount Press Express show page and the bureau’s event page carry the date, the lineup and the broadcast window. None of them states a hotel, a room block, a group rate, a cut-off date or a housing channel.
A buyer meets no block to join and no cut-off to miss. Every term is negotiated with one property at a time.
The 30th and the 31st
The 31 December night carries the draw. A stay that runs Wednesday 30 December to Friday 1 January holds both nights. Ask the property to quote each night separately and to name the rate plan behind each figure.
A one-night hold on 31 December settles the question in one line. A two-night hold spreads the commitment across the property’s own calendar.
What one property publishes
Fairlane Hotel at 401 Union Street publishes two package offers on its own site. Local Escape takes up to 20 per cent off a stay of two nights or more and waives the destination fee. Extend Your Stay takes 15 per cent off the best available rate on three nights. The property lists valet parking among its amenities.
Local Escape covers a 30 December to 1 January stay. Extend Your Stay needs a third night. Ask any property in the request whether a package beats its standard rate across the event nights.
The request, in writing
Four items belong in the request. The rate plan, with the refundable deadline and the prepaid forfeit named in dates. The mandatory fee list, including any destination fee and the parking rate. The cut-off and release date on held rooms. The bed type and occupancy for each room quoted.

The state limit
The seller of travel page, last updated 25 October 2026, restricts Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. Tennessee is not on that list, so a Nashville request runs from this network.
