Four packages, two prices
Elevate Experiences sells the premium packages for the 60th Annual CMA Awards. The page names the firm as the Official Experiential Hospitality Partner of the Country Music Association. The show runs Wednesday 18 November 2026 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
Four package cards sit on the page. Two print a starting price. The Corporate Group Experience asks for a quote. The Signature Package is sold out.

What the Signature closure frees
The Signature Package carries lower bowl seating, expedited arena entry, the pre-show red carpet hospitality event and the official after party. The card is marked SOLD OUT.
Ask three things before signing anything else. What the closed tier releases, whether held inventory expires, and whether Signature seats move to another package before the show.
Two figures with no unit
The Premier Package starts at $17,500. Seats sit in floor rows 1 and 2. The card adds all-inclusive in-arena hospitality and a pre-show red carpet walk with a photo moment. The after party comes with reserved seating and a dedicated server.
The Red Carpet Skybox VIP Package starts at $6,500. Seats sit in the lower bowl, section 116. The card adds a private songwriter performance, a skybox view over the red carpet, and an open premium bar with light bites.
Neither figure prints a unit. The page does not say whether the number covers one guest or the whole package. Ask for the unit in writing before any comparison.
The gap between the two floors is $11,000. Floor rows 1 and 2, the red carpet walk, the reserved after-party seating and the dedicated server sit inside it.
The card that skips expedited entry
Expedited arena entry appears on the Premier, the Skybox VIP and the Signature. The Corporate Group card omits the line.
That card covers 16 to 20 guests on premium seating with all-inclusive food and beverage and after-party access. Its price line reads "Inquire for pricing".
A request for 16 seats and a request for 20 seats are two different asks. Put both numbers to the partner and take the per-guest figure on each.
The arena window opens on the day
Bridgestone Arena sits at 501 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203. The box office answers 615.770.7800. Hours run on event days only, and sales are available for an event only on its own date.
The published clock
Doors open by 5:30 PM Central. Guests must be seated by 6:45 PM Central. The live show starts at 7:00 PM Central. A guest who misses the seating deadline waits on the concourse until the first commercial break, at about 7:15 PM Central.
Entry runs through the Main Entrance at Broadway and 5th Avenue. The dress code is black tie or formal. Tickets are mobile, and screenshots do not scan.
The GSA ceiling for Davidson County is $230 a night for every month of fiscal 2027. The meals figure is $86. That is the benchmark for a room on 18 November.
Five questions for the partner
Ask for the unit on the $6,500 and the $17,500 figures. Ask what the Signature closure frees. Ask for the per-guest price at 16 seats and at 20 seats. Ask what the Corporate Group card leaves out that the other three carry.
Then put four questions to the hotel: the rate for the single night of 18 November, the cancellation term, any two-night minimum, and the resort or destination fee line.
