What the venue publishes for 14 November

Broadway at the Beach lights its tree on Saturday 14 November 2026. The show starts at 6 p.m. on The Hangout stage in The Hangout Courtyard. WPDE meteorologist Ed Piotrowski and anchor Jennifer Abney host. The evening closes with the lighting of a 46-foot tree behind the stage, across the lake, and fireworks over Lake Broadway at 8 p.m. The venue adds one condition to the fireworks: weather permitting.

The same calendar carries an afternoon entry. Mr. Nigel runs a Holiday Dance Party in The Hangout Courtyard from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with face painting, stilt walkers, character meets and ornament making. That gives a visitor six hours of programming between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.

The gate carries no price

All three event records carry an empty cost field. The tree lighting record carries no ticket link, and the fireworks record carries none. A visitor pays nothing to stand in the courtyard.

That zero moves the negotiation to what a guest spends once inside. The venue publishes a coupon page for exactly that spend.

Four coupons set the price of the paid add-ons

The savings page returns a 403 to a direct request. The copy below comes from the Internet Archive capture of 23 July 2026, the newest capture on record. A coupon withdrawn between July and November would not show here.

Hard Rock Cafe prints two tiers on one coupon: $5 off a $40 purchase before 3 p.m., or $10 off a $60 purchase after 3 p.m. The terms are pre-tax, dine-in only, and no combination with other offers. A ceremony that starts at 6 p.m. lands in the second tier.

Charles Bach Wonders Theatre prints 10 percent off with the coupon code Illusion. WonderWorks prints $2 off admission for up to six people. Soar & Explore prints $3 off admission for up to six people. Hollywood Wax Museum prints $3 off an All Access Pass. Ripley's Aquarium sells a combo with up to 30 percent off. Senor Frogs gives free nachos with an entree, one coupon per table.

The theatre coupon is a code, so it works on a phone or an online booking. The dinner coupon is paper or mobile, so it needs to be on the phone before the table is taken.

The Christmas show opens the same night

The Wonders Theatre opens The Wonders of Christmas on 14 November, and the run continues to 2 January 2027. The published ladder is $38.95 and up for adults and $22.95 and up for children aged 3 to 12, plus taxes and fees.

Ten percent off $38.95 is $3.90 an adult. Two adults save $7.79. Two adults and two children save $12.38 on a $123.80 pair of pairs. The theatre sits inside the same complex as the tree, which removes a drive from the evening.

The coupon does not expire with the ceremony. A guest can take the theatre on Sunday or on a later date in a run that lasts seven weeks.

What the stack is worth on two adults

Add the usable coupons for two adults. The theatre saves $7.79. The dinner coupon saves $10 on a $60 pre-tax bill, which is 16.7 percent. The two attraction coupons save $5 a head, or $10 for the pair, on a separate afternoon.

The total is $27.79 for two adults. One adult alone collects $3.90 at the theatre, $10 at the table and $5 across the two attractions, for $18.90.

Three hotels stand inside the complex

The venue accommodations page names three properties. Fairfield Inn has 111 rooms. Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach at Broadway has 141 rooms. Holiday Inn Express has 114 rooms. One sits on site, and two sit across the street near Legends in Concert in the venue wording.

That is 366 rooms within walking distance of the courtyard. None of the three carries a rate on the venue page. The property inside the complex is the first call for a 14 November stay, because it can walk a guest to the tree and back without a car.

The ask: put the fee stack beside the coupon stack

A hotel can erase a free evening with two line items. Ask for the resort fee and the parking charge in writing before the rate talk starts. A $25 resort fee plus a $20 parking charge is $45 a night, which is $17.21 more than the whole two-adult coupon stack.

Then ask the property to price the night against the stack. A rate that holds $27.79 of discounts intact needs three numbers on one page: the room rate, the mandatory fees, and the total.

South Carolina sits outside the restricted set on the hotelhaggle seller of travel page, so a Myrtle Beach request routes through the platform. The service sends one offer to 50 or more hotels, returns responses in 24 to 72 hours, and charges no markup.

What to get in writing

Four items belong on the confirmation. The room rate with every mandatory fee listed. The cancellation term and its date. The checkout hour, because an 8 p.m. fireworks finish argues for a late checkout. The coupon terms, because each merchant prints its own exclusion and the venue page dates from July.

A guest who arrives at 2 p.m. for the dance party and leaves after the fireworks has bought a full day, and the day costs nothing at the gate. The only published numbers that can raise it are the ones a hotel adds.
