A three-day show with no room programme
Christmas Village runs November 13 to 15, 2026 at The Fairgrounds Nashville. The organiser gives 500 Wedgewood Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203 as the address for a GPS. It estimates 30,000 shoppers across the three days and lists more than 250 merchants from 29 states.
A fourth session opens the run. Sneak-A-Peek Night runs Thursday, November 12 from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The organiser mailed invitations with the pricing and closed the request list. A shopper without an invitation can check back after November 1.
The three clocks that set the stay
General admission runs Friday, November 13 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, November 14 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday, November 15 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Those three lines price the room request. A Friday arrival and a Sunday departure hold two nights. A Thursday arrival adds the Sneak-A-Peek window and holds three. The Sunday close at 6:00 PM meets a noon checkout, so the checkout hour belongs in the ask. Ask for a 6:00 PM checkout and get the answer in writing.
Tickets and the group rung
A standard ticket costs $15 online. Ten or more tickets cost $12 each, which takes $30 off a group of ten. A return ticket costs $10 at the Village Information Booth and must be bought before the shopper leaves on the first day. Children 9 and under enter free.
The tickets page carries a second advance price. Select TRUIST locations sell tickets for $12 from October 5.
Two lines on that page disagree on cash. The FAQ states that general admission tickets bought at the door and return tickets bought at the information booth take no cash. The ticket list beside it describes the return ticket as in-person and cash only. Ask the organiser which rule governs the booth before a shopper plans a cash purchase.
The organiser publishes no room programme
Seven pages on christmasvillage.org carry the show: the home page, the about page, the tickets page, the merchants page, the current merchant information page, the patrons page and the gallery. Across those seven pages the words hotel, lodging, motel, room block, shuttle and overnight return zero hits.
Christmas Village publishes no block, no partner rate and no cut-off date. The room request carries no ceiling set by the organiser, so the buyer sets one.
Parking is free this year
The organiser underwrites parking for its shoppers. The tickets page reads All Parking is Free, and the FAQ states that Christmas Village will be underwriting the parking cost for guests.
The same FAQ states that The Fairgrounds Nashville charges a $10 parking fee that is cash only. The two lines describe different arrangements, so confirm the arrangement at the gate on the first morning.
The organiser opens two parking entrances this year to reduce traffic congestion, and the tickets page carries a parking map and a rideshare map.
The ceiling for the ask
The General Services Administration sets Nashville lodging at $230 for every month of fiscal 2027. Meals carry $86. The Metro Nashville notice of June 14, 2023 sets the local occupancy levy at 7% with a nightly fee of $2.50, and states that the levy sits in addition to all other taxes and fees.
The local levy adds $16.10 and the nightly fee adds $2.50. One night at the ceiling costs $248.60 before state sales tax. Two nights cost $497.20 and three nights cost $745.80.
Write that figure into the request as the ceiling.
What goes in the request
Name the nights. Thursday November 12 through Sunday November 15 holds three. Friday November 13 through Sunday November 15 holds two. Ask for both windows priced separately, because the Thursday night carries the Sneak-A-Peek session.
Name the clocks. Friday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Ask for the late checkout on Sunday in the same message.
Name the cut-off. The organiser publishes none, so the property sets the date the rate holds and the date unbooked rooms return to general sale.
Name the cancellation term. A show with a fixed three-day clock gives the buyer room to refuse a penalty inside the final week.
Submit the request through hotelhaggle. One request reaches 50 or more hotels in the destination, and hotels respond within 24 to 72 hours. The platform adds no commission to the rate. Tennessee does not appear on the seller-of-travel restriction list, which names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington.
