The US Trail Running Conference runs at Music City Center from Thursday November 5 to Saturday November 7, 2026. The venue calendar carries the name, the dates and Event ID 10191. It carries no organiser link and no description. Three dates on the buyer's calendar carry the decision now.
What closed
Registration for the full three-day conference cost $350. UltraSignup closed it on October 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The ticket covered every panel, session and workshop, a networking app, a swag bag, lunch each day and the evening mixers.
The refund ladder ran 180 days or more at 100 percent minus processing fees, 90 to 179 days at 75 percent, 60 to 89 days at 50 percent, and 59 days or fewer at nothing. November 5 sits inside the final band, so a cancellation today returns nothing.
The hotel block closed on October 21. Tru by Hilton Nashville Downtown Convention Center held rooms at $209 a night plus tax, breakfast included, a quarter mile from the venue door, on the UltraSignup block. The block page still prints the hotel line at 629-255-0303.
The Better Together scholarship closed on June 1. The organiser named eight recipients.
What stays open
Dirt Circus comes to Nashville on Sunday November 8. The free community run starts at 8:00 a.m. at Vaughn's Creek Cross Country Course in Warner Parks. Registration closes Sunday November 8 at 8:00 a.m. CT. The event is cupless, so a runner brings a bottle or a cup.
The garage ladder
The venue runs a three-level covered garage of 1,800 spaces at 701 Demonbreun Street. Primary access is at 7th Avenue and Demonbreun, with auxiliary access along 6th Avenue. The rate card, effective June 2, 2025, reads $15 for 0 to 5 hours, $20 for 5 to 9, $25 for 9 to 12, $30 for 12 to 18, and $45 overnight. A lost ticket costs $45. No in-and-out runs on one ticket, and the garage takes no trailers. Special event rates post at the entrance.
Three separate day tickets at the $15 tier come to $45, which is the overnight figure. A driver who leaves at midday and returns pays twice. Twelve ChargePoint stations sit across the three levels, four per level. Accessible spaces sit next to the elevators on each level and go first come.
The contested night
Music City Center carries three events on Thursday November 5: the Operation Stand Down Tennessee Heroes Breakfast, this conference, and the Siloam Health Lunch 2026. Friday November 6 carries a career fair and an association meeting. Saturday November 7 carries the conference alone.
Thursday is the night a room request meets three arrivals. A guest who can reach the opening session on Friday morning drops the contested night. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. Thursday. The venue page puts closing remarks at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, and the schedule page prints 2:15 p.m.
Put the block in one request
hotelhaggle publishes a group threshold of 10 or more rooms per night, with some properties quoting from 5. One request goes to 50 or more hotels in the destination. Hotels bid, the planner compares offers side by side, and the rate goes to the property with no commission added. Submitting costs nothing. The platform lists coverage in 46 states.
A conference this size fits the mechanic. State the Thursday to Saturday stay, and hold every offer against the $209 the closed block printed.
