Two Prices on One Fee
Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington sells listings for DC Cocktail Week 2026. The fee reads $100 through Tuesday, October 27. It reads $225 from Wednesday, October 28.
Registration closes Sunday, November 15. One fee covers one location.
A group planner can read that ladder before a single venue answers the phone. The date a bar registered sets what the week cost it.
The Week the Fee Buys
The week runs Monday, November 30 through Sunday, December 6. Venues are signing up now.
Venue pages and the full lineup open on November 1. Every participating venue serves its featured cocktail and bite pairing across all seven days, and the one-night experiences sit on their own days in the calendar.
Two weeks separate the roster going public from the registration deadline. A planner reads most of the field before the fee closes.
Who Can Take Part
RAMW lists seven venue types on the form: restaurant, bar or lounge, cafe or coffee shop, bakery, brewery or winery or distillery, food hall, and music hall or venue.
The form admits venues across DC, Maryland and Virginia. The public calendar filters the same three states and sorts them again by neighborhood.
Two participation levels sit on the form. Core covers a cocktail and a bite for one price. Elevated adds a hosted event to that offer.
What the Listing Publishes
A registered venue receives a page inside the week's calendar. The page carries the pairing, the venue's address and its neighborhood filter.
The form asks each venue to load its cocktail, its bite and its photos before November 15. It keeps contact details with RAMW and states that guests never see them.
Four Questions for the Venue
Ask which level the venue bought. Ask the date it registered, which sets whether it paid $100 or $225. Ask the price it set for its pairing. Ask the hours it serves the pairing.
Then ask for the group rate.
A venue that registered after October 27 paid $125 more than one that registered before. Both sums funded the same seven-day promotion.
The Booking Window Sits Inside the Week
A December group stay can run across the seven days the promotion occupies. The venue holds a paid listing and a staffed bar for that stretch. A group booking inside the window adds covers to a promotion the venue has already bought.
Read the roster on November 1. Shortlist the venues near the rooms. Put the rate question to the shortlist while the registration window still runs.
The Cost of the Request
hotelhaggle lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states it cannot serve. The District of Columbia sits outside that list.
The platform charges nothing to submit a request. A group request for a December stay in the District costs the planner nothing beyond the call to the venue.
