The floor is published
Myrtle Beach Jeep Jam runs 30 October to 1 November 2026 at 2501 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach. Registration caps at 2,500 Jeeps. The organiser's lodging page lists six places to stay and prints a starting rate on four of them, each plus taxes and fees.
Those four numbers are the sheet a guest carries into a negotiation this weekend. Grande Shores Ocean Resort starts at $52. The Vacation Myrtle Beach group starts at $72 on its group line. Fairfield Inn Broadway at the Beach starts at $99. Homewood Suites by Hilton starts at $139 for an oceanfront room.
Two entries carry no rate at all. KOA of Myrtle Beach at 613 5th Avenue South and Holiday Sands North at 400 North Ocean Boulevard both appear on the page with amenities and no figure. A guest who wants either one has to ask.
What $52 buys
Grande Shores sits at 201 77th Avenue North on the northern end of the Grand Strand. The organiser's own property page states the Jeep Jam rate as 30 percent off standard rates with promo code DISC30, for stays from 28 October through 4 November 2026, and repeats the floor as rates starting at $52 per night.
The same page lists free onsite garage parking, complimentary WiFi, a rooftop pool deck, an indoor pool and hot tub, an onsite restaurant and lounge, and inventory across hotel rooms, efficiencies and one to three bedroom condos.
Its two booking links carry the code and a 29 October arrival. One opens the condo inventory, the other the hotel rooms and efficiencies. A guest who needs Friday to Sunday changes the date on the link and keeps the code. The phone number on the page is 866-427-3144.
The group behind the $72
Vacation Myrtle Beach prices five properties, and the group line understates its own floor. Landmark Resort at 1501 South Ocean Boulevard starts at $69 for an oceanview room. Captains Quarters at 901 South Ocean Boulevard and Hotel Blue at 705 South Ocean Boulevard both start at $72. Crown Reef Resort and Waterpark at 2913 South Ocean Boulevard starts at $82. Beach Colony at 5308 North Ocean Boulevard starts at $84 for an oceanfront one bedroom condo.
Each property publishes its own 1-800 number and the same code, Jeep Jam. The group page states that rooms must be booked by calling the number to receive the discounted rate, that room types run first come first served, and that parking is complimentary at every property. It publishes no cut-off date.
The two rates above the floor
Fairfield Inn Broadway at the Beach, 3150 Oleander Drive, starts at $99 plus taxes and fees and sits less than a mile from the event grounds. The page adds complimentary hot breakfast and a 24-hour fitness center.
Homewood Suites by Hilton, 520 North Ocean Boulevard, starts at $139 for an oceanfront room, sits 1.5 miles from the grounds, and the organiser places it on the preferred Beach Crawl route. The page notes an 11-minute walk to the SkyWheel.
Three nights at $52 is $156 before taxes. Three nights at $139 is $417. The gap is $261, or $87 a night.
What the guest already holds
A spectator pass is $10. It carries a one-day admission wristband, entry for children under 12 at no charge, and access to the vendor village and viewing areas. It does not include parking, swag or a shirt, and off-site paid parking nearby is separate. The registration page sells them as unlimited, at $10 per person per day.
A $100 Jeep registration carries two three-day admission wristbands, three days of on-site Jeep parking, unlimited runs at the obstacle course and mud pit, a swag bag and an event shirt.
Three days of spectator entry costs $30 in total. That is the whole event bill for one visitor, and it leaves the room as the negotiable line.
The add-ons change what a night costs
Premium Parking is $50. Show-N-Grime adds $25 to it, and Trunk-or-Treat adds nothing. The Trunk-or-Treat field reads full at 100 rigs. The Sunrise Beach Crawl is $65 per Jeep at 7:00 AM, and the organiser calls spots limited each day. The VIJ Experience is $200 per person. The Poker Run is $35 per vehicle on 29 October, the Thursday before the gates open.
A guest paying $50 for parking and $52 for a room has spent $102 on a Friday. The room was the smaller line.
What to ask for
Quote the $52 back and ask what the room becomes without the code. A property that cannot answer is quoting a discount it does not hold.
Ask for the fee stack in writing: tax, resort fee, parking, and any charge per vehicle. Grande Shores publishes garage parking as included, which turns every other property's parking line into a question rather than an assumption.
Ask which inventory carries the code. Grande Shores runs two booking routes from one page. A guest quoted $52 for a hotel room should confirm the condo side does not sit below it.
Ask what the third night costs on 29 October. The gates open Friday, the Poker Run and the pre-GAME party fall on Thursday, and the Grande Shores link defaults to a Thursday arrival.
Ask the group rate by phone. Vacation Myrtle Beach publishes no online route and no deadline.
Where the leverage stops
South Carolina sits outside the four states restricted on the hotelhaggle seller of travel page: Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. A Myrtle Beach request can go to the properties.
hotelhaggle takes a named price and puts it in front of the properties that compete for the stay. The site publishes 103,857 properties across 46 states and charges no fee to submit. On this weekend the request meets a rate card that is already public. The $52 floor, the $69 Landmark room and the $139 oceanfront suite set the level to beat, and anyone who types the code has them.
