A Country Christmas at Gaylord Opryland runs November 6, 2026 to January 2, 2027. The ice! attraction features scenes from "Home Alone," carved from more than 2 million pounds of ice and held at 9 degrees. More than 10 themed experiences run alongside it. The resort also publishes a long menu of ticket discounts, and each ticket takes one of them.
The FAQ settles the stacking question
The resort FAQ answers directly: "No, only one discount can be applied per ticket, and they cannot be applied retroactively. Blackout dates and restrictions apply." Every ticket offer repeats the term. The Bonvoy offer reads "Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Discount not valid on previously purchased tickets," and the first responder, scout, military and teacher offers carry the same sentence.
The buyer therefore makes one choice per ticket, before paying. A first responder who holds a Bonvoy number takes one of the two rates. A Davidson County resident uses a Nashville Nights date.
The ticket ladder
Marriott Bonvoy members take up to 25 percent off ice! with code BONVOY and show a Bonvoy number at the entrance. First responders take up to 20 percent with HERO26 and show an employee ID. Scouts take up to 20 percent with SCOUT26. Military members, active and retired, take up to 20 percent with MILITARY26 and show a valid ID. Teachers take up to 20 percent with TEACHER26 and show a qualifying ID at the entrance.
All five codes sell online only and cap at 10 tickets per order. Each one excludes previously purchased tickets and sits behind blackout dates.
The ice! page prints no single admission price. It sends the buyer to a calendar that prices every date, and the calendar labels each figure as adult and starting from. November adult prices run $33 to $45. December adult prices run $33 to $45, with $33 on the 1st, the 8th and the 15th.
Nashville Nights carries the largest discount
Three dates carry up to 50 percent off ice! and POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance tickets: December 1, December 8 and December 15, 2026. All three are Tuesdays. Eligibility runs to residents of Davidson County and six adjoining counties, named on the page as Cheatham, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson. Proof of residency is required.
The calendar priced each of those three dates at $33 adult this week, so half off is $16.50 a ticket. Fifty percent sits 25 points above the Bonvoy rate and 30 points above the first responder rate.
The same evenings bring free caroling to the Magnolia Portico from 6pm to 8pm, with hot chocolate and one scavenger hunt book per family on a resident ID. Chris Kirkpatrick leads the caroling from 6:30pm to 7pm.
Room offers run on separate codes
Holiday room offers carry their own codes and terms. AAA and CAA members take up to 15 percent off holiday stays with code Z2H, or up to 10 percent with code AAA, and show a membership card at check-in. Guests 62 and older take up to 5 percent with code S9R, capped at two rooms a night. Teachers take up to 20 percent with code S5370, which publishes room-only rates starting at $229 a night with a teacher ID at check-in. Stays of three nights take up to 15 percent with code S6058, and stays of four nights or more take up to 20 percent.
Each room code applies to the room rate alone. A guest holding a ticket discount books the room on a room code or on the public rate.
Parking and the cashless resort
Valet parking runs $55 daily and self-parking $37 daily, with tax additional. In-and-out privileges apply to overnight guests only, and day guests pay per entry. Every package page lists parking as an additional charge. The resort is cashless throughout, parking included.
The bundle figures disagree
Activity passes bundle ice! with other attractions, and the pages print different saving figures. The home page reads "Save up to 30% with Activity Passes." The ice! page reads "up to 40% off." The Silver Pass covers ice!, ice tubing and the scavenger hunt at up to 20 percent, and the Gold Pass adds ice skating, hot chocolate and more at up to 30 percent. A banner across the ticketing pages advertises a Bird Sale at up to 33 percent off.
A pass carries its own price. Its terms exclude any other discount, so the pass decision stands alone.
Terms that survive every discount
Tickets sell in advance online only, up to 10 per order. The resort runs no on-site box office, and tickets arrive by email. The FAQ recommends arriving five minutes early and does not guarantee entry to a guest who arrives more than five minutes late. Day-guest tickets are non-refundable, and the resort allows an exchange before the booked date and time, subject to availability.
Children 3 and under enter free with a paid adult. Guests under 18 need a paid adult admission beside them. The attraction takes 20 to 40 minutes, and the resort allows unlimited time inside.
Access control applies on peak dates. From 3:00pm Central, resort access is guaranteed to overnight guests and to holders of indoor or outdoor ticket reservations only, every Friday and Saturday from November 20, on November 23 to 26, and on December 18 to 31, 2026. A day visitor can arrive before 3:00pm on those dates and stay into the evening.
The order of purchase
A Davidson-area household picks December 1, 8 or 15 and buys on the resident offer. Fix the ticket date before booking the room, because the room codes and the ticket codes run apart. Add parking as a separate purchase, and bring a card.
