One Saturday, three codes
The Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival runs Saturday October 24, 2026 at the Florida State Fairgrounds Special Events Center, 4800 U.S. Hwy 301 N, Tampa FL 33610. Entry is MLK Jr. Blvd., Gate 3. Admission prints as a range from $13 to $30.
Links across the organiser's site point at one Eventbrite listing, 1987718529630, and carry three discount parameters: BREW, CAFFEINE and WEBPROMO. The Eventbrite listing publishes no code value and no terms.
The tier ladder
Early Bird Entry runs $13 to $24 with no entry package. Day-Of runs $30 with no package. VIP runs $50 with the VIP Entry Package: 9:30 a.m. entry, an all-day tasting pass, the Caribbean Moonshine VIP Speakeasy with one drink ticket, a pen and notebook, a 2oz sampling mug, a 4-inch car magnet, a tote bag, the panels and the art gallery.
The VIP tier prints No Eventbrite ticket fee. That line puts a service fee on the two entry tiers, and the listing prints no amount for it.
Children 12 and under enter free with an adult. Eventbrite gives doors at 9:45 a.m. and a no-refund policy.
Test each code at checkout
Put each code in the promo field and read the total on the payment page. Run a $13 basket and a $50 basket through the same flow. The fee line moves with the tier.
The entry seat runs from $13 to $30 across the two tiers. The $17 gap is the money the code and the buy date decide.
Parking is priced before you arrive
Parking sells online at $10.00 for October 24 2026 under Coffee & Art, Parking Only, one time entry through MLK, with convenience fees inside the price. The event page prices onsite parking at $12.
Three terms sit on the presale page. Parking does not include event entry. Each ticket covers one parking entry. Tickets are not refundable, not transferable and carry no rainchecks.
Three clocks, two closes
The organiser's details page gives 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eventbrite gives 10 AM to 5 PM. The fairgrounds event card gives 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The fairgrounds details block gives 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Buy against the 5 p.m. close.
Seven partners, one across the street
The fairgrounds hotel list names seven partners with a distance each. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino sits 0.2 miles out, directly across the street. Wyndham Garden prints 1.5 miles, Staybridge Suites 2.7, Hilton Garden Inn 2.8, Courtyard 4.4, Cambria 5 and Hampton Inn & Suites 5.0.
No rate sits against any of the seven. Ask the 0.2-mile property for the Saturday rate, the cancellation term and the parking term in one email.
Camping on the grounds
The fairgrounds sells event camping on site with electric service and pet-friendly sites. Nightly non-fair camping takes 48 hours notice and online payment. The page publishes no rate.
The order of purchase
Buy admission with a code tested at checkout. Buy parking online at $10. Price the room against a 0.2-mile walk and a 5 p.m. close.
